• Responsible for the complex’s M&E installation which includes repairs, preventive, maintenance, troubleshooting and submission of relevant reports.

• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedule for all M&E installation.
• Maintain proper records of all complaints & defects received and ensure timely attention and resolving all issues.
• To supervise and monitor the M&E works undertake by the contractors engaged  in the routine maintenance works (e.g. landscaping, sweeper, cleaner etc).
• Continuous optimization of energy consumption in the complex.
• Liaise with TNB/ST on matters pertaining to M&E installation in the complex.
•  Undertake other duties as directed by management.

Qualifications

• Professional Certificate, Diploma /Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma In Electrical Engineering

Skills & Abilities

• Familiar with Electricity Supply Act and Electricity Regulation

Expected Minimum Years of Experience

• Minimum 3 years working experience in Civil and Building works
