Job Summary
Responsible to organise and execute the project management and construction activities on site while ensuring that the project is executed in full accordance to the design standards and specifications, on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
• Day to day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.
• Planning the work and efficiently organising the plant and site facilities in order to meet the agreed deadlines.
• Overseeing quality control, safety & health and environmental matters on site, and attend all inspections at site.
• Resolving any unexpected technical issues / difficulties and other problems that may arise.
• Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant to ensure all materials used are as per specifications.
• Preparation of daily progress report and monthly progress report.
• Undertake all other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
• To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and workplace as required by the company.
• To assist in digital execution for project management (Digital transformation).
• To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.
• Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Skills & Abilities
Self driven and eager to learn.
Expected Minimum Years of Experience
Fresh graduate or within 2 years related working experience.
