Job Summary
Design, develop, implement, and manage Geographic Information Systems (GIS) solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
GIS Solution Development & Implementation:
- Support the design and development of GIS applications, tools, and workflows.
- Assist in administering and configuring GIS platforms, including ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Online, to maintain data integrity and performance.
- Contribute to the development and management of spatial databases, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and assist in delivering spatial solutions.
- Participate in the development and enforcement of GIS standards and best practices.
- Assist in performing spatial analysis and developing geoprocessing tools to support decision-making.
- Contribute to the preparation of progress reports on GIS initiatives.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Assist in the development of GIS-related training materials and workshops for end-users.
- Proactively research, evaluate, and recommend new GIS technologies, programming languages, and methodologies for potential adoption and continuous improvement
- Document and share advanced GIS processes, best practices, and lessons learned to foster a culture of continuous
learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in GIS, Software Engineering, or related field
- Basic proficiency in programming languages such as Python and JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with the Esri ArcGIS platform, including ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise (Server, Portal, Data Store,
Web Adaptor), and ArcGIS Online - Basic understanding and experience with spatial databases (eg., PostgreSQL, PostGIS) and SQL query development.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Expected Minimum Years of Experience
3 Years and above in relevant working experience
