About the role

DT Infrastructure has been selected as the preferred EPC contractor for two large-scale solar and battery energy storage projects in North Queensland.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to support the Commercial and Project Leadership teams in delivering high-quality contractual and commercial outcomes across these projects.

This role will play a key part in managing contractual obligations and supporting complex project reporting requirements specific to large-scale renewable developments. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate, timely and compliant reporting, while maintaining strong governance across head contract and subcontract administration.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of complex, utility-scale renewable projects, working across detailed reporting frameworks while contributing to successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage head contract and subcontract administration activities.
  • Support project reporting and ensure accurate, timely submissions.
  • Prepare contractual notices, claims and supporting documentation.
  • Administer subcontractor claims, variations and payment processes.
  • Maintain registers, reporting systems and commercial documentation.

About you

  • Degree qualified in Business, Engineering, Construction or similar.
  • 5+ years’ experience in contracts administration within the renewables sector.
  • Strong understanding of contract terms, claims and reporting processes.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight timeframes.
  • Strong commercial acumen, communication and analytical skills.
