Job Summary

Supervise directly work executed at site by workers and ensure that all the works are carried out in accordance with relevant drawings, method statement, specification are standards of engineering practices, and implementation of ISO 9000 procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform stand-in supervision and coordination of the work site.
• Oversee daily supervision of site progress.
• Submit progress reports, daily work activity records, and inspection and test plan checklists to the Site Engineer for consolidation.
• Support the Site Engineer in monitoring work progress in line with the targeted schedule and resource allocation (construction materials, manpower, and equipment) to ensure efficient operations.
• Report any technical issues encountered on site requiring higher-level decision-making to the Site Engineer.
• Assist the Site Engineer in planning and preparing work areas in accordance with the work programme to prevent delays.
• Provide detailed information to assist Quantity Surveyors with measurements for claim purposes.
• Site location: Klang Valley and Johor. 

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Engineering, Science or equivalent.

Skills & Abilities

• Basic understanding of civil, structural, or building works 
• Ability to manage and guide workers and subcontractors
• Monitor work progress to avoid delays

Expected Minimum Years of Experience

1 - 2 years of working experince.
