Job Summary

The Senior Executive - Customer Service will provide exceptional customer support and resolve complex customer inquiries across various channels. This role involves handling escalated customer issues, providing technical assistance, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records. The Senior Executive will also contribute to improving customer service processes and act as a mentor to junior team members. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and report customer service trends and issues. 

  • Train and mentor junior customer service representatives. 

  • Proactively identify and address customer needs. 

  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times. 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent. 

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. 

  • Relevant certifications in customer service or technical support are a plus. 

Skills & Abilities

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills. 

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 

  • Proficiency in customer service software and CRM systems. 

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
