Job Summary
The Executive - Sales Coordinator, Sales and Marketing is responsible for providing comprehensive operational and administrative support to the sales team, enhancing sales efficiency, and contributing to overall revenue generation. This role involves managing sales processes, maintaining accurate data, preparing sales collateral, and acting as a key liaison between sales representatives and other internal departments to ensure seamless customer experience and support sales objectives. The Executive will play a crucial role in streamlining workflows and enabling the sales force to focus on core selling activities.
Key Responsibilities

Process sales orders, quotes, and contracts accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and compliant. Maintain and update customer and sales opportunity data within the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), ensuring data integrity and cleanliness.

Support the sales pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities from initiation to closure. Assist in managing sales forecasts and pipeline reports.

Prepare customized sales proposals, presentations, and pitches based on sales team requirements and client needs. Develop, organize, and maintain a library of sales collateral, product information, and marketing materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible to the sales team.

Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, product information, and post-sale support (non-technical issues), directing them to the appropriate sales or service personnel.

Coordinate with other internal departments (e.g., Operations, Finance, Marketing, Customer Service) to resolve customer issues, facilitate order fulfillment, and ensure smooth inter-departmental processes.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience in a sales support, sales administration, or customer service role.

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
