Job Summary
Monitor and coordinate architecture, planning and landscaping matters according to Master Implementation Program.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate design with inter-department and consultants according to MIP.
• Review drawing from design stage to construction stage to ensure the end products delivered consistent to Sales and Purchase Agreement.
• Assist to resolve architecture, planning and landscaping issues.
• Assist to monitor budget for architecture and landscaping work.
• Assist to coordinate colleagues to ensure smooth daily operation.
• Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the management.
• Consistently advocate sustainable environmental planning into departments.

• To demonstrate leadership and commitment for the overall implementation of the quality and environmental management system in the department / project.
• Ensure departmental environmental sustainability target/ KPI are monitors and reported periodically.
• To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.
• Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.
Qualifications
- Degree in Building Engineering / Civil Engineering or related discipline.
Skills & Abilities
• Project Management • Good design skill
• Knowledge in Housing Developer Act, Building By-Law and PAM Form of Contract is essential.
• Able to lead the project team from schematic design to handing over of product to purchaser.
Expected Minimum Years of Experience
- Minimum 6 years of experience in the related field.
