Job Summary
Support the planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of infrastructure works within our integrated township developments. This role involves close coordination with multiple stakeholders including consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal departments to ensure timely and quality execution of infrastructure components such as earthwork, roads, drainage, water supply, and sewerage.
Key Responsibilities
1. Infrastructure Project Execution:

Assist in the delivery of infrastructure components including:

Roads
-
Earthworks
-
Drainage
-
Sewerage and water reticulation etc.

2. Coordination & Stakeholder Management:

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.

Liaise with local councils and utility providers (e.g., water, electricity) for approvals and service connections.

Support the project manager in regular progress meetings and site coordination reviews
- Monitor on-site infrastructure works to ensure adherence to design, safety regulations, and quality standards
3. Planning, Budget & Reporting:

Assist in preparing and updating project schedules, work programs, and milestone tracking.

Monitor project budgets, and assist in cost control measures.

Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, work permits, site memos, and documentation.
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Infrastructure / Construction Management or related field.

At least 6 years’ experience in infrastructure development.
Skills & Abilities
• Good working knowledge of consultants’ method of working.
• Have working experience in dealing with authorities.
• Computer skills (MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint & Project).
• Minimum 6 years' working experience in construction industry / consultant office. Candidates will consultancy background are preferred.
