About DT Infrastructure

Specialising in Defence, transport and infrastructure, we offer a unique synergy of local expertise in complex projects and the global perspective of our multinational parent company, Gamuda Berhad. Through engineering innovation, collaborative contracting and leading sustainability practices we’re unlocking opportunities for a better tomorrow.

About the role

DT Infrastructure is entering a significant phase of growth in the renewable energy sector, having been selected as the preferred EPC contractor for large-scale solar and battery energy storage projects in North Queensland.

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to take a leading role in the delivery of these major projects. This is a high-impact position responsible for driving site execution, leading large multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring construction activities are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme, budget and quality objectives.

You will be instrumental in planning and sequencing works, managing subcontractors, and proactively addressing site challenges to maintain momentum and performance. This is a rare opportunity to lead delivery on complex renewable infrastructure that will contribute to Australia’s energy future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all on-site construction activities and personnel.
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling and resource coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE, quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers and site performance outcomes.
  • Drive programme delivery, productivity and cost control.

About you

  • Proven experience as a Construction Manager on major infrastructure projects.
  • Strong background in renewable, civil or large-scale construction delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large site teams and subcontractors.
  • Strong understanding of HSE, quality and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
