Job Summary
To provide general secretarial and administrative support to Director and to the team
Key Responsibilities
- To operate assigned vehicle in a safe and courteous manner.
- To maintain defensive driving to ensure compliance to the Traffic Rules and Regulations and other relevant Laws.
- To keep the assigned vehicle(s) clean inside and outside.
- To maintain accurate, up to date records on trip sheets, vehicle maintenance, fuel purchases, incident reports, accident reports and vehicle condition reports and other records.
- To send the vehicles for service and maintenance as and when deem fit and necessary.
- To arrange accommodation for the full-time manager to manage and control the daily activities of the Vessels including local purchase and transport of spare parts, food supply for crew etc.
- To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.
- Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.
Qualifications
- Secondary School/SPM
- Must posses valid driving license
Skills & Abilities
- Punctual and patient
- Familiar with routes in Pulau Pinang
Expected Minimum Years of Experience
- Minimum 1 year of working experience
- Must fluent in Mandarin, Malay and English
