- Proactively building and maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Leading complex contract negotiations with clients, partners and subcontractors, ensuring alignment with our risk framework and favorable terms and conditions outcomes.
- Collaborating closely with bid teams, legal, and operational stakeholders to develop compelling and commercially sound proposals.
- Conducting thorough analysis of commercial and contractual information to inform pricing strategies and develop innovative business solutions.

- 10+ years of demonstrable commercial management experience in the construction sector, with a significant focus on pre-contract activities in senior roles.
- Proven experience in the successful commercial management and delivery of complex projects, providing critical insight into effective contract administration and risk mitigation during project execution.
- Deep understanding of construction law, various contract forms and relevant state and federal regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.
- Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and sound judgment.
