Gamuda Engineering is a reputable Engineering and Construction contractor that specialises in the design, construction, operation and maintenance of Transport, Civil and Energy Infrastructure projects. We are currently delivering the Sydney Metro West – Western Tunnelling Package and in joint venture partnerships for both the $1.35B Coffs Harbour Bypass and the $1B M1 Motorway Extension Southern Package. 

We are also shortlisted for several major transport and energy infrastructure projects and are pursuing other significant opportunities in these sectors across Australia.

Our Graduate Program

As a Gamuda graduate you will be supported through an 18-month development program including structured workshop learning and on-the-job training through exposure to our Commercial & Contracts roles in our Head Office or on current projects in delivery and in our tender teams.

 

As a Commercial Graduate you will be exposed to a range of roles through job rotations such as Procurement & Contract Administration, Estimating and Cost Control in both the Head Office and on projects in delivery.

 

Our graduate program is delivered in partnership with Engineers Australia and is focussed on developing your leadership and management skills as well as your technical competencies.

 

You will also take part in an organised Social Impact Project aiming to leave a lasting legacy for a community organisation.

 

About you

 

You will be a recent graduate or final year student completing studies in Commerce or Business; Construction Management; Quantity Surveying or Engineering.

 

You will be a motivated individual keen to develop innovative solutions to problems, someone able to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues across a variety of disciplines. Additionally, your personal commitment to best-practice, to safety, sustainability and diversity will be aligned to our own.
