Job Summary

• To complete all maintenance works in a timely manner and meet the established quality standards.
•  Ensure the proper operation of all the electrical system and compliance to the safety regulations. 

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all electrical systems installed in the buildings, parks, recreational facilities, etc. are in good operating conditions at all times.
• Ensure the proper condition and operation of all electrical switchboards and their proper safety protection.
• Carry out the maintenance works as scheduled and complete the works on time and quality and meeting the established maintenance standards.
• Assist the management through regular inspections of the facilities located in the township and report on their conditions.
• Carry out preventive and routine maintenance to ensure the proper operation of the standby generator.
• Undertake other duties as directed by the Head of Department.
• To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.
•  Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.

Chargeman A4 Certificate

• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities to quickly diagnose and resolve electrical issues.
• Excellent organisational skills to coordinate multiple maintenance schedules and documentation comprehensively.
• Strong communication skills enabling effective collaboration with team members, management, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously whilst managing priorities and meeting deadlines.
• A commitment to upholding safety standards, environmental policies, and quality assurance protocols.
• Adaptability to work in a dynamic township environment and willingness to respond efficiently to emergency repairs.
