About you

  • Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline, with a passion for developing people and driving operational excellence.
  • Significant experience leading the delivery of major road, rail, transport or civil infrastructure projects.
  • A respected industry leader with strong stakeholder relationships and a reputation for delivering successful project outcomes.
  • Proven ability to provide leadership through both project pursuits and delivery phases, bringing confidence and credibility to clients and project teams.
  • Commercially astute with strong expertise in contracts, project governance, risk management and financial performance.
