- Monitor subcontractor quality performance and provide practical guidance and coaching to supervision and delivery teams
- Support construction completion, including as-built documentation, quality records, defect rectification and final handover requirements
- Undertake quality assurance checks, reporting and construction walks to identify rework, outstanding works and opportunities for improvement
About You
- Relevant trade background or equivalent industry experience, with previous experience in construction quality and project completion
- Minimum 2 years' experience implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems within a construction environment
- Experience developing and reviewing ITPs, ITP checklists, construction quality documentation and as-built records
- Good working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, with experience across piling and/or mechanical installation highly regarded
- Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to coach teams and build effective relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders
- Construction White Card and current driver's licence, with previous renewable energy experience highly regarded
