Through engineering innovation, collaborative contracting and leading sustainability practices we’re unlocking opportunities for a better tomorrow.

About the role

We are looking for a professional and highly organised Office Coordinator to join our brand-new Brisbane office. This full-time, office-based role offers the chance to oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the office while gaining front-row visibility into the operations of a national infrastructure business.

Reporting to the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be trusted to manage important operational processes, support initiatives that impact the wider business, and play a key role in creating a professional, welcoming, and efficient workplace.

This role is perfect for someone ambitious, organised, and proactive, who wants to take ownership, make decisions, and grow their career while being exposed to high-level stakeholders and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day office operations, including office facilities, suppliers, maintenance, kitchen supplies, PPE, uniforms, and purchase orders, ensuring a safe, compliant, and professional environment.
  • Support employee experience by managing onboarding and offboarding processes, setting up workspaces, coordinating IT and access, and providing guidance to new employees.
  • Plan and coordinate internal meetings, corporate travel, events, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain internal communications, including office updates, event announcements, and general information distribution.
  • Monitor and maintain office hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation standards, including coordination with cleaning providers and shared facilities.
  • Ensure office compliance and track inventory of office supplies, equipment, and PPE, raising purchase orders and coordinating approvals as required.

About you

  • Demonstrated experience in office coordination or administration within a professional environment.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing competing priorities.
  • Professional, calm, and well-presented, able to confidently engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously while taking ownership of outcomes.
  • Ambitious and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in career progression, business operations, and organisational development.
