About the role
We are seeking a Logistics Administrator to support the delivery of the Smoky Creek and Solar Power Station project in Central Queensland. Reporting to the Senior Logistics Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating the movement of plant, equipment, and materials to support efficient construction delivery across a large-scale renewable energy project. This is a site-based role within a fast-paced project environment, offering the opportunity to contribute to one of Queensland’s major renewable energy developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate delivery of plant, materials, and equipment to site in line with program requirements
- Maintain accurate logistics records, delivery dockets, and materials tracking systems
- Support inventory control, stock availability, and materials management processes
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure timely and safe deliveries
- Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR), HSE, and project procedures
About you
- Experience in a logistics, construction admin, or site coordination role
- Understanding of construction materials, plant, and delivery processes
- Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy
- Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with CoR, transport compliance, or heavy vehicle movements (desirable)
