About the role
Based in our Brisbane CBD head office, we are seeking a talented and highly organised Graphic Designer to join our Marketing and Communications team.
Supporting both marketing initiatives and submissions activities, this role is responsible for producing high-quality visual content that elevates DT Infrastructure’s brand presence and strengthens our bid and tender submissions across major infrastructure projects nationally.
Working within a collaborative shared workflow model, you will partner closely with marketing, communications, submissions and operational teams to deliver engaging and professional design solutions across print, digital and presentation formats. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing brand, storytelling and technical document design.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality branded collateral including proposals, presentations, reports, brochures, infographics and social media assets.
- Support major bids and tenders through compelling document design, formatting and visual storytelling.
- Maintain and uphold DT Infrastructure’s brand standards across all internal and external communications.
- Collaborate with bid managers, technical teams and stakeholders to deliver accurate and visually engaging submissions under tight deadlines.
- Assist with digital content, video editing, motion graphics and management of the company’s photo and video library.
About you
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in a corporate graphic design role, ideally within infrastructure, engineering, construction or professional services environments.
- Advanced proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Strong experience designing long-form documents including bids, tenders, reports and proposals with exceptional attention to detail.
- Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while collaborating effectively with multiple stakeholders across the business.
