About the role

DT Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join our Queensland Commercial team, supporting the delivery of a major renewable energy project in North Queensland.

Based from our Brisbane Head Office, you will lead the commercial function across the project, partnering with project leadership to drive commercial strategy, procurement, contract administration, financial performance and risk management. You'll provide leadership to the commercial team while ensuring robust commercial governance and delivering successful project outcomes.

This is an exciting opportunity to influence the commercial success of a nationally significant renewable energy project while working with one of Australia's leading infrastructure contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial strategy and contract administration across the project.
• Manage procurement, commercial risk and financial performance.
• Lead and mentor the project commercial team to achieve project objectives.
• Provide commercial leadership to project stakeholders, clients and subcontractors.
• Drive commercial governance, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

About you

• A tertiary qualification in Commerce, Accounting, Quantity Surveying, Business or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience as a Commercial Manager on major infrastructure, construction or renewable energy projects.
• Strong knowledge of commercial management, procurement, contract administration and risk management.
• Proven leadership experience managing commercial teams and building strong stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation skills and the ability to deliver successful project outcomes.
