About the role

Due to multiple project awards, we now have significant opportunities in the Pilbara and are now seeking Project Managers with a strong background in Rail Maintenance to ensure the successful delivery of projects in the North West region of WA. 

This role is a full time position where you will be working on either a 4:3 (4 days on/3 days off) or 8:6 (8 days on/6 days off) FIFO Roster, this role is an integral part of creating and maintaining client relationships and successful project delivery measured across HSE, commercial, financial, program and quality outcomes compared with Client and DTI requirements.

About You

• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management or similar.
• Previous experience at a similar level on rail maintenance projects.
• Prior programming/ planning experience, financial analysis and management skills.
• The ability to lead and manage a team in geographic disperse locations.
• Understanding of commercial conditions relating to contract management, valuations, industrial environment.
• The ability to manage a blue-collar workforce
• Experience in developing tenders relating to infrastructure projects
