Key Responsibilities
- To establish / maintain overall company & quality management procedures to be implemented at management site.
- To identify if existing procedures are adequate and if any improvement or amendment need to be made to the existing procedures.
- To identify if new procedures are required to be written for the other activities, outside the scope of existing procedures with related to ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
- To review contractors’ quality related submissions & oversee the contractors’ QAQC activities.
- To highlight timely the non-conformance/s to the process owner and ensure proper rectification work has been implemented.
- To carry out internal / external audits and random site surveillances of the works activities.
- To monitor quality KPI implemented internal & to contractors, perform analysis & prepare report etc.
- Prepare other quality related reports such as Monthly Quality Reports, Non-Conformance Reports and etc.
- To tackle shortcoming in the quality management system and propose to management of new methods / steps to overcome it.
- To monitor and verify the implementation of suitable corrective actions.
- To conduct with related quality trainings and awareness to internal & to service providers.
To inspect the quality of construction works Specifications.
Qualifications
Degree in Civil / Architectural / Building Engineering or Equavalent.
Skills & Abilities
- Ability to write reports, undertake audits
- Ability to work independently with minimum guidance, team player
Expected Minimum Years of Experience
Fresh graduate
