Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the delivery of high quality candidates by screening and assessing applicants according to the business requirements and candidate’s suitability.
- Handling end to end process of recruitment- sourcing, arranging, coordinate with candidates for scheduling interview appointments
- Conduct shortlisting and first round interviews for any positions from lower to top level management.
- Ensure staffing requirements are fulfilled in timely manner
- Identify and implement best practice and continuous improvement on all recruitment activities.
- Manage and coordinate staffs movements and placements
- Prepare ad-hoc reports for management
- To administer and monitor the HR process practice and policy in the area of recruitment and selection and new employee induction program
- Work closely with the Manager to gain a thorough understanding of the recruitment needs and requirements and delivering against the expectation
- Contact with universities and job online portal contacts
- Support the recruitment campaigns and participate in job fairs and campus recruitment
Qualifications
- Bachelor in Human Resource Management or its equivalent.
Skills & Abilities
- Good in communication @ negotiation skills.
Expected Minimum Years of Experience
- At least 2-5 years hands on experience in handling end to end process of recruitment.
