Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Establish, promote and maintain satisfactory employee - management relations.
- Formulate and administer the employee relations policies and procedures, subject to the Management's approval.
- Update and/or conduct briefing on the statutory/ labour laws from time to time.
- Handle end to end the staff grievances, disciplinary matters, investigation of misconduct reported, domestic inquiry etc. and resolve conflicts.
- Improve disciplinary awareness amongst employees.
- Prepare and maintain periodic report / record on IR.
- Propose and administer the employee engagement activities / programs.
- Conduct induction / orientation for new employees.
- Assist the HR Manager in HR planning, audit and HR survey.
- Any other ad-hoc assignment as assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor in Human Resource Managment or its equivalent.
Skills & Abilities
- Good in communication (verbal & written) and negotiation skills.
