Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- To Supervise the administration of staff fringe benefit.
- To Maintain and monitor the payroll information database, and to ensure that the record is updated regularly.
- To supervise and checks the monthly payroll processing including the monthly submission of EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax and other statutory returns within the stipulated period.
- To ensure the accuracy of the monthly payroll processing.
- To supervise the administration of staff leave & claim matters.
- To supervise the staff grievances & complaints.
- Analysing staff salaries & benefits for management decision.
- To supervise in the compilation of employee's performance appraisal, including preparation of the reports and analysis for the management review.
- Any other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor in Human Resource Management or its equivalent.
Skills & Abilities
- Computer knowledge, good verbal & written communication, good analytical skills.
Expected Minimum Years of Experience
- At least 2-5 years hands on experience in C&B.
