Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  1. To Supervise the administration of staff fringe benefit.
  2. To Maintain and monitor the payroll information database, and to ensure that the record is updated regularly.
  3. To supervise and checks the monthly payroll processing including the monthly submission of EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax and other statutory returns within the stipulated period.
  4. To ensure the accuracy of the monthly payroll processing.
  5. To supervise the administration of staff leave & claim matters.
  6. To supervise the staff grievances & complaints.
  7. Analysing staff salaries & benefits for management decision.
  8. To supervise in the compilation of employee's performance appraisal, including preparation of the reports and analysis for the management review.
  9. Any other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor in Human Resource Management or its equivalent.

Skills & Abilities

  • Computer knowledge, good verbal & written communication, good analytical skills.

Expected Minimum Years of Experience

  • At least 2-5 years hands on experience in C&B.
