Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Executive – Compensation & Benefits to manage and execute C&B programs, ensuring competitiveness, compliance, and alignment with company goals. This role involves salary benchmarking, payroll administration, benefits management, and providing analytical insights to support HR strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • To administer staff fringe benefit, leave and claims matters.
  • To administer staff’s employment status i.e. confirmation, resignation, contract expiry etc.
  • To administer, maintain and monitor the payroll information database, and to ensure that the record is updated regularly.                                                                                           
  • To check and ensure the accuracy of the monthly payroll processing and statutory contributions.
  • To handle the staff grievances and complaints.                                                                 
  • To analyse / review / propose staff benefits for management decision. 
  • To assist in the compilation of employee's performance appraisal, including preparation of the reports and analysis for the management review.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Qualifications

Bachelor in Human Resource Management or its equivalent.

Skills & Abilities

  • Computer knowledge (MS word, excel, power point etc),
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good analytical skills and think out of box

Expected Minimum Years of Experience

3 - 5 years hands on experience in C&B
