Job Summary
Assist in pre & post contracts administration
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparation of all aspects of contractual and commercial side of project in the following pre and post contract activities: -
Pre-Contract
1. All contracts and commercial matters in relation to Pre-qualification of tender.
2. Measurement of quantities and assist in cost estimation
3. Assist in preparation of tender documents, tender clarifications, tender recommendation and tender award.
Post Contract
4. Assist in preparation of contract documents.
5. Attend project meetings where required.
6. Assist in assessment and certification of contractors’ and consultants’ progress claims.
7. Draft general correspondences.
8. Measure the works executed at site inclusive of finalization of final accounts.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
- To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the company
Qualifications
Degree in in Quantity Surveying/ Building
Skills & Abilities
Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite and any specialist software
Expected Minimum Years of Experience
1-2 years
