Job Summary

Responsible for accounts finance and office administration activities.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Perform regular reconciliations of general ledger accounts, bank statements, and intercompany transactions. Identify and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate financial data.
  2. Performing posting of expenses or other transactions to journals or ledgers and verify their accuracy (including invoices, bills or vouchers).
  3. Assist in Month-end closing and administrative matter.
  4. Ad-hoc tasks to you by Superior as and when required.
  5. To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.
  6. Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.

Qualifications

Mininum LCCI Diploma or equivalent.

Skills & Abilities

  • Ability to handle full set of accounts and preparation of Reports.
  • Computer Literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Knowledge in EPR system will be an added advantage.
  • Able to communicate with all levels, initiative and able to work independently.
