Job Summary
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented intern. In this role, the intern will support daily site operations and maintain our technical and operational documentation systems. This position provides deep, hands-on experience in real-world site management, process compliance, and operational logistics. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, field personnel, engineers, and departmental managers to ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible, while gaining direct exposure to day-to-day site workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Documentation Control: Organize and update management system procedures, and other project documentation to maintain clean, compliant digital and physical filing systems.
- Site Support: Assist with routine site checks, tracking ongoing tasks, and ensuring operational safety and compliance guidelines are met.
- Cross-Team Communication: Act as a central bridge for document workflow between project teams.
- Process Optimization: Identify clutter or gaps in existing file structures and implement practical solutions to streamline team productivity.
Qualifications
Field of Study: Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Academic Standing: Good academic standing with demonstrated consistency and attention to detail in coursework.
Skills & Abilities
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, SharePoint) or Google Workspace, with the ability to quickly pick up new software tools.

Written Communication: Ability to draft clear, concise emails, meeting notes, project updates, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
