Job Summary
Responsible for the timely, accurate, organized and efficient preparation and management of documents.
Key Responsibilities

Responsible for all Document Control administration that according to Quality Management System requirement.

Monitoring, review, verify, and improve the Company document control system to ensure compliance with QMS requirements.

Coordinate and ensure document control system are implemented as per QMS, ISO standard.

Help promote a Quality culture on the project, ensuring the implementation of best practices and contributing to continuous improvement efforts in quality standards and systems.

Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.

To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the company.
Qualifications

Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Minimum of 3–5 years of document control experience in the construction industry
- Proficient in working with MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word).
Skills & Abilities
-
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing and reviewing documents.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to troubleshoot document control issues and propose effective solutions.
-
Proficient in EDMS software will be an advantage.

- Minimum of 3–5 years of document control experience in the construction industry.
