Manager - Production (MG0409)

Job Summary

Oversee daily production operation ensuring policies and procedures are followed. Directs and manages all plant operations with overall responsibilities for production, maintenance, quality and other production – related activities.

Key Responsibilities

1.Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers expectations and trigger corrective actions.

2.Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining quality standards.

3.Be responsible for production output, product quality and on time delivery.

4.Allocate resources effectively and fully utilizes assets to produce optimal results.

5.Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage and develop plant staff.

6.Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime.

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical)   

Skills & Abilities

1. Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources).

2. Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise.

3. Proven hands-on experience in similar industry – precast panel production plant and managerial experience.

Expected Minimum Years of Experience

At least 10 years experiences in related field.
