Job Summary

To review construction drawings, coordinate with consultants and other trades as assigned by the Section Head/Construction Manager. To coordinate with sub-contractors to meet the anticipated daily progress in accordance with relevant drawings, method statement, specification and standards of engineering practices, and implementation the ISO procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing MOS, material submission, RFI, report and coordinate with consultant on design issue and on-site problem.
• Assist the Section Head in the monitoring work progress and arrange resources with particular reference to work program to ensure timely progress and smooth running of work
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly installation report and submit to Construction Manager/Project Manager
• Coordinate with Factory Operations on the IBS Panel Delivery, Rejected, Recasted, and panels to be repaired
• Assist the Section Head/Senior Engineers in planning ahead and the preparation of working areas in conjunction with work program to avoid unnecessary delay.
• Coordinate with other trades i.e Architecture and M&E ahead of time to ensure less problem during construction work.
• Provide sufficient information to assist Quantity Surveyors in measure for claim purposes.
• To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.
• Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.

Qualifications

Degree in Civil and Structure Engineering

Skills & Abilities

Able to work with different level or people and possess supervisory skills on site civil and structure works.

Expected Minimum Years of Experience

Min 3 years of site experience in buildings and/or infrastructure project
