Engineer - Production (EN0078)

Job Summary

Oversee daily production operation ensuring policies and procedures are followed. Develops and improves manufacturing processes by studying product and manufacturing methods. Will be assigned to go on shift depending on production needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor day-to-day operations and trigger corrective actions.                    
• Responsible for production output, product quality and on time delivery.                             
• Allocate resources effectively and fully utilizes assets to produce optimal result. 
• Make proper production record and highlight potential issues and risks in a timely manner.
• Prepare product and process reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information and trends.               
• Collect and analyse data to find places of waste or overtime.                      
• Ensure periodic maintenance and proper storage of equipment and tools.
• Supervise production crew ensuring effective communication in order to avoid errors.                                              

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related in field.

Expected Minimum Years of Experience

• 1- 3 years working experience
