Job Summary
Managing and supervise CLQ's occupants and its facilities as to provide a conducive and harmony atmosphere that promote workers' wellbeing. Proactively look into areas for improvement. Ensure full compliance to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the occupants of CLQ to ensure rules are adhered to and there are no violations.
- Conducts random room checks and patrol to identify vandalism or damages to company property and safety awareness.
- Monitor the state of facilities at CLQ and liaise with maintenance for upkeep and repair works.
- Maintaining accurate records and writing reports to help to identify trends that may require action.
- Manage an up-to-date record of occupants’ details and allotted units.
- Mediating occupants’ disputes and highlight the outcome to the Management, thus ensuring good order and behaviour is maintained.
- Ensure new occupants have attended all the compulsory trainings or briefing prior their admission into CLQ.
- Establishing and maintaining appropriate social contact or rapport with occupants.
- Providing relevant information about the occupants whenever it is required.
- Responding to on-site emergencies during out of hours such as burst pipes, broken windows, burglaries, locked out of rooms etc.
- Liaison with SHE over relevant issues or concerns
- Available for "on call - duty" whenever required, which provides emergency cover in the evenings or weekends.
- To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and workplace as required by the Company.
- Any other duties that will be assigned from time-to-time by the Management.
Qualifications
Minimum SPM or possesses relevant experience
Skills & Abilities
- Effective communication skills in Thai, English, and/or Malay are required to ensure smooth interactions with Thai workers and other colleagues.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Available for “on call - duty” whenever required, which provides emergency cover in the evenings and weekends.
- General computer knowledge.
Expected Minimum Years of Experience
- At least 2 years working experience in similar position.
- The ability to speak, read, and write both Thai and English/Malay is mandatory.
