Job Summary

To support Gamuda Land’s overall vision, corporate targets and business plans by sourcing and securing investors for our townships via joint venture partnerships, purpose-built projects, land sales and/or asset disposals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand underlying objectives, needs and challenges for each township development and work with internal and external Stakeholders to align on these
    requirements;
  • Evaluate market ecosystem vs business needs and assist to formulate strategies and action plans to meet the required targets and objectives;
  • Networking & engagement with agents and potential partners; including sourcing for and connecting with new contacts;
  • Setting up of engagement meetings, preparation of site visits, preparation of minutes of meeting and ongoing follow-up with key prospects;
  • Preparation of investor proposals and information memorandums;
  • Due diligence and background search on prospects;
  • Data collection and market research as and when required to support the deal;
  • Assist on internal papers, monthly meeting decks and BOD papers;
  • Assist in feasibility studies, commercial terms and deal negotiations;
  • Work with Legal department to prepare and execute NDAs, MOUs, Heads of Terms and Definitive Agreements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. 

  • Proven experience in corporate development, strategic alliances, business development, investment banking, or management consulting. 

  • Strong understanding of financial principles, valuation methodologies, and business models.

  • Ability to identify, analyze, and articulate strategic opportunities, translating them into actionable partnership strategies that drive corporate growth and value. 

  • Strong capability in financial modeling, valuation, and data analysis to assess the commercial viability and potential impact of partnerships. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex strategies and deal terms clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences. 

  • Exceptional ability to build, nurture, and leverage strong, trust-based relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders. 

Expected Minimum Years of Experience

5 Years and above in relevant working experience
